Levels have a clearly defined goal through the use of visual foreshadowing, chokepoints, and controlled sightlines.

Levels reward clever and creative experimentation with the game's mechanics by having multiple solutions to platforming puzzles.

Levels challenge players by encouraging them to think multi-dimensionally, and to execute their platforming while moving between these dimensions.
